We are currently seeking the services of a Professional Photographer who is passionate about using their creative talents to tell powerful stories and capture moments that inspire change.

Job Summary
The Photographer will work closely with our communications and outreach teams to visually document our activities, events, beneficiaries, and field projects. The ideal candidate will be both technically skilled and emotionally sensitive to the nature of nonprofit work, ensuring that images represent dignity, impact, and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos for events, campaigns, fieldwork, and online content
Collaborate with project coordinators and creative teams to align on visual storytelling goals
Maintain proper organization and backup of photo files
Edit and deliver images in both web and print-ready formats within a set timeframe
Ensure all photography respects the privacy, dignity, and rights of beneficiaries
Attend scheduled outreach activities and charity events as required
Travel to local or remote project sites (if applicable)

Requirements
✅ Proven professional experience in photography, especially event and documentary-style shoots
✅ A strong portfolio that demonstrates storytelling through visuals
✅ Own professional camera equipment and gear (lighting, lenses, etc.)
✅ Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✅ Sensitivity to working with vulnerable populations
✅ Flexibility to travel or work during weekends (depending on project needs)

Bonus Qualifications (Optional but Advantageous):
Experience working with nonprofit or humanitarian organizations
Videography skills and basic video editing
Drone photography certification
Fluency in local languages (if working in the field)
